Who are we?

Absolute Event Catering had its humble beginnings selling freshly baked sweet Belgian waffles in Temple Bar food market. These superior waffles are endorsed by the King of Belgium himself and are made of pure ingredients containing no artificial additives or preservatives. They are freshly made by the best waffle makers in Belgium and imported into Ireland by our company, The Super Waffle Company. As the Belgian waffles were well received, we soon introduced French style crepes. Due to the cosmopolitan nature of Ireland today, there is more of a demand for good quality alternative fast food other than the traditional burger and chip vans.

In 2002, Lawrence Parnis, Owner/Manager, was approached by Enterprise Ireland to enter into a competition called Shell Live Wire Young Business Start Up Awards. Lawrence was short-listed from hundreds of applicants through out Ireland and received a Best Potential Employment Award presented to a Promising and Enterprising New Business.

Today, we are one of the leading Mobile Event Caterers in Ireland with a large variety of mobile units to choose from.
